UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides electric, gas, heating fuel, and water payment assistance through five different programs; Low Income Heat and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP), Heat Oregon, Gas Assistance Program (GAP) and the Oregon low-income Gas Program (OLGA), and a Woodlot Program.
Offers on site help filling out the Energy Assistance application.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-11:30am and 1pm-3:30pm
Energy Application Assistance: Tuesday 10:30am-11:30am, Thursday 2:30pm-3:30pm
