CLACKAMAS COUNTY VOLUNTEER CONNECTION
TRANSPORTATION REACHING PEOPLE
Provides transportation to older adults and people with disabilities for medical appointments, personal business, and shopping. Rides are provided within Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. Priority is given for life-sustaining medical appointments.

The Ride Together program allows riders to recruit their own volunteer driver (i.e. family, neighbors, and friends). Participants schedule rides with their volunteer driver. Mileage reimbursement is provided and volunteer training is required.

The Vets Driving Vets program matches veterans who volunteer their services with other veterans who need rides to doctors' appointments or to take care of other basic needs.
