RENT WELL
Tenant readiness training program for those at risk of homelessness or who are currently homeless. During the 6-week class, participants explore and take steps to overcome screening barriers and prepare to become successful tenants. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be presented to landlords when applying for housing.

Help with child care and transportation available. A meal is provided during class time.

Eligibility: Must have low income and rental screening barriers (i.e., poor/no credit, past evictions, no rental history, criminal history, at risk of homelessness, currently homeless, etc.)
Hours: Office hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm
Regular class schedule: Monday 11am-2pm, Tuesday 5pm-8pm
