FAMILY PROMISE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY
Provides a small shelter program and case management. Families live and sleep at one of our shelter houses. Staff work closely with the families, giving them individual attention and support to help them become self-sufficient. A family advocate is assigned to each family to make a tailored plan for permanent housing.



Family Promise of Greater Washington County operates four programs: Prevention, Remote, Shelter, and Stabilization.
Eligibility: Families with children age 0-18 and pregnant women. Must be clean and sober. No individual services.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment. Referrals are done through Community Connect a coordinated entry system through Community Action of Washington County.
