Provides access to orthodontia and maxillofacial surgery services. Children see partner orthodontists who live in their area.

Eligibility: Ages 11-17. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Children must be considered at-risk and low-income, and must:
-Provide 4 hours of community service per month
-Keep grades at "C" or better
-Keep all orthodontist appointments
