INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. Visit website to schedule an INFOPASS appointment to speak with an Immigration Services Officer at the Information Counter. If you do not have internet access, INFOPASS appointments may be scheduled using the INFOPASS kiosk in the lobby.

DOCUMENTS: Bring all of the following items to your appointment:
-Photo ID
-Printout of your INFOPASS appointment
-Any notices sent to you by USCIS
-Copy of the application or petition you filed
-Proof of payment, such as a copy of a cancelled check (front and back) or money order that has been traced for payment or a handwritten receipt from an Immigration Services Officer
