STREET OUTREACH ALLIANCE PROJECT (SOAP)
Community Outreach through Radical Empowerment (CORE) is a multifaceted, collaborative street outreach program where different agencies in the community partner to provide consistent and effective outreach to individuals living on the streets and in camps. CORE’s outreach practices are based in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and empowerment and are designed to literally and figuratively, "meet people where they are at," whatever that may look like. Provides needed supplies, and offers case management/coordinated care, community trainings/education, Naloxone distribution/overdose education, safe sex items, syringe services, and harm reduction supplies.
Eligibility: Ages 16-29 experiencing homelessness or housing instability
