YOUTH OPPORTUNITY CENTER
DROP-IN DAY SERVICE CENTER
Provides a safe space where youth experiencing homelessness can access food resources, showers, laundry, clothing, temporary mailing address, drug and alcohol recovery and mental-health supports. Also offers computers and Internet access. Engaging activities that facilitate self-empowerment and promote skill-building such as music and art, health and wellness, and recreation are also provided. Staff connects youth to other wraparound supports such as education, job training/placement, culturally specific services, and housing that help them exit homelessness and prepare for the future.

Hours: Breakfast: Monday-Friday 9am-10 am
Lunch: Monday-Saturday 1pm-2 pm
Dinner: Monday-Saturday 5pm-6 pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call Access Center for screening at 503-432-3986. Youth must first be screened into the Homeless Youth Continuum (HYC). On-site staff can assist youth to connect with HYC for a screening and on-site screening is available on Saturdays.
