DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE
Provides a combination of education, counseling, and financial assistance through loans up to $25,000 for income-qualified first-time homebuyers to cover a portion of the down payment and/or closing costs associated with the purchase of a home.

Clackamas County – $92,100
Lane County – $72,174
Lincoln County – $55,783
Linn County – $64,500
Marion County – $70,600
Polk County – $70,600
Other requirements include (but are not limited to): residential property purchase, first-time homebuyer, minimum of $1500 of own savings (or minimum of 3.5% of purchase price if FHA loan), completion of required homebuyer training, owner-occupied primary residence (not a rental). Must complete a DevNW Homebuying Foundations course.
