HOMELESSNESS/URBAN CAMPING IMPACT REDUCTION PROGRAM (HUCIRP)
Belongings confiscated during a campsite cleanup within the City of Portland will be stored at Rapid Response Bio Clean storage facility for thirty days after the day it was confiscated. Property owners may inquire to locate confiscated property, can pick up their identified belongings or request they be dropped off to the owner. Property left for longer than 30 days from the date it was confiscated will be destroyed and/or donated. Some items cannot be stored for health or hazard reasons and those items will be disposed of.
