HOMELESS MEDICAL CARE
Portland Street Medicine's volunteer outreach medical providers, social workers and care managers provide non-emergent medical care (primary, behavioral, addiction) for homeless individuals who are living in places not meant for human habitation (tents, camps, forests, etc.).

Please note, this is not an emergency service; if the person is in crisis or needs immediate attention, please call 911.
