COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAMS
COWLITZ COUNTY TREASURY RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides financial assistance to households and landlords with tenants who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19. Eligible households can receive up to 12 months total of financial assistance. This can be a combination of rent and utility arrears, current rent and utility payments, and limited future rent payments.

Eligibility: Tenants or Landlords of tenants that meet the following:
-Income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
-Experiencing a financial hardship directly or indirectly due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
-At risk of experiencing homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability.
