Provides rental assistance to individuals and families who have experienced a loss of income related to COVID-19. Can pay up to 6 months of back rent accrued during the pandemic.

Eligibility: Individuals and families at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI) that have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and have a current valid rental agreement. Must be past due on rent. Funding is limited and not guaranteed.
