Provides assistance with rent for families and individuals unable to pay because of financial hardship due to COVID-19. Administered by the Community Action Program of East Central Oregon (CAPECO).

Eligibility: Families and individuals impacted by COVID-19 who are unable to pay rent for current lease agreement, and who have a court ordered eviction notice, or first notice to appear in eviction court. Complete application to be screened for all eligibility requirements.

-Proof of income for the prior 30 days for all adult household members
-Proof of rental obligation or rental contract
-Official Court Eviction Documentation such as First notice to appear, or a court summons from your county’s eviction court
