COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAMS
LANE COUNTY COVID-19 EMERGENCY RENT RELIEF
Provides rent assistance to individuals and families who have experienced a loss of income related to COVID-19. All applicants will have a confirmation letter emailed or mailed to them upon completing the application. This may be used as proof of application if necessary. The Rental Assistance program accepts applications on a rolling basis as capacity and funding allow.

Eligibility: Must meet all of the following requirements:
-Lost income or had increased expenses related to COVID-19
-Behind on rent or need help to pay these next month
-Household must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income

If you received Rent Relief from a different program before, you may be eligible to receive these funds. Applicants will not be asked about their citizenship, nor will they be required to show proof of citizenship. Those who receive a federal rent subsidy such as Section 8 may also apply for this assistance.
