UTILITY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Provides limited emergency funds to assist water, sewer, and stormwater customers in paying utility bills. Assistance is limited to once every six billing cycles, and the program will close once funds are exhausted.

Eligibility: Individuals and families who are customers of City of Gresham Utilities who live in free standing homes, duplexes, or triplexes. Priority is given towards those making 50% of Area Median Income (AMI).

For those without Internet access, walk up for a paper application at the payment utility drop box near the front door of Gresham City Hall. After completing the application, please submit to the utility payment drop box at Gresham City Hall.
