ADULT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Referral and coordination of adult outpatient services through Intensive Care Coordination. Adult outpatient services work with adults presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy that focuses on wellness recovery, solution-focused plans, cognitive and dialectical issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
