GENERAL LEGAL AID
Provides general legal counseling and/or representation for low-income individuals who need assistance with routine legal matters (civil, non-criminal), usually regarding housing, public benefits, family, or elder law. Some locations may offer additional services.

Eligibility: Low-income individuals who are at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Exceptions for domestic violence emergencies.
Hours: Office hours: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-11:45am and 12:45pm-5pm
Intake for new clients: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 1pm-3pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and/or intake. Applicants are interviewed by a volunteer intake worker. Intake supervisor determines eligibility and program's ability to assist further. Referrals made to other community resources, as needed.
