Connects families with children 0-5 years old to classes, services, and community resources, and follows up to make sure families get the services they request. Can register expectant parents for prenatal classes (available through 5 local hospitals) and direct families to parent-child and parenting classes available through local agencies and the community college. Will also send out information to families regarding local resources, well baby check-ups, developmental evaluations (ASQs), vaccinations, kindergarten readiness, and more.
