Project ABLE provides community-based, recovery-focused peer support for adults experiencing mental health issues. Services include individual peer support, wellness and trauma support activities, vocational support, and classes to enhance an individual's wellness goals. One-on-one support is provided for individuals who want support and accountability in reaching fitness or health goals and for those working through trauma-related issues.
