Agency offers help to prepare for interviews, build a resume, and provides educational and preparation courses such as: OSHA Training, Employee Rights, General Educational Diploma (GED), Pre-GED, English as a Second Language (ESL), Computer Literacy, and other courses designed to increase 'employability' in a local industry.

Participants attend a Career Development & Skills Assessment workshop, which helps people recognize their strength, talents, and capacities; identify what works and doesn't work in a job for them.
