Provides evaluation, information and referral, prevention, and early intervention services for substance abuse. Offers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for women, men, adolescents, older adults, Spanish-speaking adults, and criminal justice offenders; and a transitional residential treatment for chemically dependent mothers with young children.
