PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT SERVICES
Certified Peer Specialists provide supportive services for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services assist clients with navigating the healthcare, mental healthcare, and drug/alcohol abuse recovery systems.

Eligibility: -HIV/AIDS diagnosis
-Income at or below 300% Federal Poverty Level
-Currently in need of additional mental health and/or substance abuse support
-Support with sustaining mental health or substance abuse treatment
-Currently housed, but struggling to maintain housing
-Assistance with linkage to care
