Eligibility: Households at less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who participate in one of the following programs:


-SNAP


-Medicaid

-SSI (Supplemental Security Income)


-Federal Public Housing Assistance


-Veterans or Survivors Pension


OR


Households who reside on Tribal lands at less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who participate in one of the following programs:


-Any of the federal assistance programs listed above


-Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance


-Tribal TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)


-Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
