    INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments may be available for new patients looking to establish care with us, and for those who are already patients.
    FEES: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and most private insurances. Sliding scale fees available. No one turned away because of inability to pay for services.
