Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO) coordinates health insurance services for Medicaid members assigned to its Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). Provides specialized information and referrals to healthcare providers including physicians and specialists for services such as dental care, eye care, pharmacies, and substance abuse. Contracts to provide transportation for health care visits covered by Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

Additional wellness benefits for members may also include pain management, weight management programs, and tobacco cessation programs.
