AFRICAN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Provides information, resource referral, wraparound services, and a culturally specific leadership project for African community members. The project's vision is to build collaborative alliances and partnerships among African communities to address racial and ethnic disparities.

Eligibility: -Must be from an African community and live, work, worship, or be enrolled in school in the Portland Metro area
-Be a team player and have the ability to work well with other people
-Commitment to attend all 8 intensive monthly workshops/leadership skill training sessions
-Interest and readiness to speak out and build an African advocacy voice
