City of Portland Water single-family residential accounts.
Customers with an outstanding balance are still eligible to
apply.
For 60% MFI discount, monthly household income must not exceed: (Valid until July 2023)

available remotely, including interpretation and translation

DOCUMENTS:
-ID cards for everyone in the household age 18 and older
-Social Security cards for everyone in the household
-Proof of income for last 30 days for everyone in the household who works/receives income (if paid on the day of intake, bring check; no bank statements accepted). If self-employed, bring in past 3 months of income. If any adult does not receive income, must walk into office to sign a Declaration of Personal Income. Proof of TANF, child support, or unemployment, if applicable.
-If receiving SSD or SSI, bring Social Security Administration award letter from 2018 (and 2017, if available)
-Current utility bill
-Social Security cards for everyone in the household
