INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call to schedule an appointment. Limited walk-ins for urgent/emergency care, reserved for current patients only.

Urgent/emergency walk-ins must be in the office at 7:30am or 12:30pm to check-in and then wait for name to be called from a sign in sheet. Wait on services can vary.
FEES: OHP Open Card, ODS, CareOregon, Washington Apple Health, and some private insurance accepted. Sliding fee scale available. Payment due at time of service. Financial assistance available for patients that qualify.

All urgent/emergency services have an initial fee of $128 for x-ray and limited exam. Total costs vary based on service and fees for treatment are due at time of appointment.
