OHSU Child Development and Rehabilitation Center provides a full range of clinical services for children with developmental disabilities or other special health care needs. Specialists and clinical services are available in autism, pediatric psychology and behavioral treatment, child development, cleft lip and palate, developmental evaluation, feeding and swallowing disorders, and communication disorders including speech therapy. Specialized pediatric diagnostic and treatment services for brain anomalies, hemophilia, spina bifida, and down syndrome.

Eligibility: Children up to age 21. Call for detailed eligibility criteria.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment and information. Physician referral required.
FEES: Accepts OHP (Open card or prior authorization through a referral from a primary care provider), Private Insurance, and Medicare. Financial assistance may be available.
