OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Provides both general and intensive treatment modalities for substance abuse. Offers family and individual treatment, assessments, individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, toxicology testing, DUII services, care coordination, and case management.

FEES: Accepts OHP and private insurances. Offers sliding scale fees for uninsured patients.
