EARLY CHILDHOOD OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Provides educational programs, mental health support, therapy, and psychiatric services to young children and their families. Program provides services to at-risk preschool children who require a structured, therapeutic setting as an alternative to preschool, Head Start, day care, or in-home care. The focus is on assisting the child and family in developing skills to promote the child's success and safety and preparing them for kindergarten.

Eligibility: Ages 3-5 with a mental health diagnosis with severe emotional issues and learning delays, who are eligible for special education service, experience significant problems in current placement, or have failed at an earlier placement
