HEALTH CARE SERVICES
Provides patient-centered health care for children and adults. Medical services include annual exams (including gynecological exams), care for acute and chronic conditions, pregnancy testing, immunizations, sports physicals, STI screening and treatment, and general health screenings. Behavioral health services include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of substance use and mental health conditions.
Transportation assistance provided to patients on an as-needed basis.
