Health Share of Oregon coordinates services for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members assigned to its Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). Health Share assists members by confirming eligibility and benefits, locating services, navigating health care services, and provides information and referrals to health care providers for medical, dental, mental health, substance use, pain management, vision, and medical appointment transportation benefits.
