EARLY HEAD START
Early Head Start is a home visiting program that promotes healthy birth outcomes, enhanced child development, and positive parenting skills. Services include home visits, socializations (where parents and their children meet with other children and their parents), parenting classes, goal setting and supports, and opportunities for parents to network. Also provides center-based care for families.

Eligibility: Pregnant individuals and families with infants and children ages 0-3. Families with incomes at or below 100% FPL are eligible. Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), SNAP or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)) are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes and specific needs, may also be eligible. Families with higher needs are prioritized.
