FARMWORKER PROGRAM
The Farmworker Program helps migrant and seasonal farmworkers with civil (non-criminal) employment issues and problems with work-related housing. Most employment and housing problems are related to payment of wages, unauthorized pay deductions, poor living conditions in labor camps, retaliation for asserting legal rights, poor health and safety conditions on the job, pesticide problems, and discrimination (specifically workplace sexual harassment). Also provides information and referral for other types of legal programs.
