VETERANS STAND DOWN
One-day event to assist veteran households in finding self-sufficiency and social service assistance programs for veterans. Will provide assistance with a range of necessities, including clothing and hygiene supplies, haircuts, health screenings, mental health, dental and vision exams, Flu shots, DHS services (SNAP, OHO, TANF, Daycare Assistance), supportive serices (legal aid, disability, domestic violence), employment, housing, pet care and pet food. Additional information and referrals available to agencies that can better assist veterans who are at risk of becoming or are homeless. Lunch provided. COVID-19 Vaccines. Transportation is available.
