Provides advice and representation to people who are having problems with government benefits and questions on public charge, such as:
-Social Security
-Medicare
-Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
-Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) service denials or other CCO problems
-Medical billing/debt collections issues
-Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
-Refugee benefits
-SNAP (food stamps)
-Overpayments
-In-home services
-Unemployment compensation
-Employment Related Day Care (ERDC)
-Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors (TADVS)
Eligibility: Varies by service
Hours: Monday-Thursday generally open for 3 hours per day. Call to hear the exact hours of operation for the current week.
