GENERAL LEGAL AID
Provides legal counseling and/or representation for low-income individuals who need assistance with routine legal matters (civil, non-criminal), usually in the areas of housing, public benefits, family, and elder law. Legal eduation, housing and employment discrimination assistance and restraining order services are also available. Some locations may offer additional services.

Assistance for clients who need expungements may be available.
Eligibility: Must meet income guidelines (Federal Poverty Level). Prioritizes serving survivors of abuse or violent trauma and people with disabilities.

Expungement:
-No pending charges anywhere in the world
-No criminal convictions in the last 3 years (not including 1 non-traffic violation)
-No more than one convictions in the last 10 years
-Not currently on parole or probation
Hours: Phone hours: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
Walk in hours: Wednesday 10am-noon, Thursday 1pm-4pm
