FARMWORKER PROGRAM
Provides help to migrant and seasonal farmworkers with employment, housing, unemployment, and tax issues. Most employment and housing issues are related to payment of wages, unauthorized pay deductions, poor living conditions in labor camps, retaliation for asserting legal rights, poor health and safety conditions on the job, pesticide problems, and discrimination. Also gives referrals to other kinds of legal programs.
Eligibility: Agricultural (including seasonal) workers who have experienced civil legal problems in the State of Oregon
