Healthy Families of Yamhill County offers home visiting support for pregnant/expectant or early postpartum parents which can continue for the first 3 years of their child’s life. Trained Family Support Specialists partner with parents to support them in increasing their knowledge of child development, support the parent-child relationships, as well as provide referrals and linkages to community resources.
