NAYA GENERATIONS
NAYA Generations is an intergenerational, cooperative community designed to support permanent families of foster children by promoting permanency, community and caring relationships, while offering safety and meaningful purpose in the daily lives of older adults. Rental agreement includes 100 hours per quarter of volunteer service to the NAYA Generations Community.

Eligibility: Applicants who meet low-income eligibility standards designated by Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements. Preference for foster families and age 55 and older.
The 2017 maximum annual income limits for households meeting the 60% restriction are as follows: 1 person: $31,380, 2 persons: $35,880, 5 persons: $48,420
Hours: Monday/Thursday/Friday 7am-1pm, Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm
