Helpline advocates provide emotional support and referrals to empower parents and caregivers, promoting parental resilience, social connections, knowledge of parenting and child development, knowledge of where to access support in times of need, and children's social and emotional development. Advocates help problem-solve issues and get connected to local services. Also provides support via online resources (Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) and an online bulletin board for parents and caregivers to share their experiences and create supportive peer communities.
