INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Employment Works is an individual supported employment program that seeks to help people find and keep jobs. It is based on a nationally recognized model of Supported Employment known as Individual Placement and Support (IPS). IPS is an integral part of recovery that provides ongoing support, emphasizing individual abilities and desires to reenter the community workforce. Supported Education services help clients with career planning, academic survival skills, and outreach services and resources to help overcome educational barriers.
