Red Cross disaster services focus on meeting people's immediate emergency disaster-caused needs. When a disaster threatens or strikes, the Red Cross provides shelter, food, health and mental health services to address basic human needs.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, 24 hours per day / 7 days per week during an emergency.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: If households are in immediate need of assistance (i.e., home has been flooded and they need assistance with lodging or cleanup), call the toll-free hotline number. For more general requests or for collecting general information, call the local office number.
