-Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program: As of April 2018, Section 8 is accepting pre-applications for the waitlist and has a 12-month wait time
-Family Self-Sufficiency Program: Helps Section 8 recipients obtain education and job skills in order to become financially self-sufficient
-Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program: Helps Section 8 recipients receive assistance toward a monthly mortgage payment
-Low-Rent Public Housing Program: Provides federally subsidized rental housing
-Farm Labor Housing: Offers housing for active and retired agricultural workers

Eligibility: -Low-income households; applicants from outside Malheur and Harney Counties must reside in Malheur or Harney County for one year before requesting to move to another county.
-Farm labor housing is available to domestic agricultural workers including those working on fish and oyster farms and on-farm processing; can be retired and/or disabled from agricultural work; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Available to laborers that handle any raw materials.
