OUTREACH
Provides street outreach and individual case management for youth and young adults. Offers support, resources, referral help, and physical items. Case management/goal setting can be set up to help an individual name and work towards future goals. Family mediation is also available for families needing to work through a specific conflict. Financial help and referrals for youth needing to do laundry, obtain interview clothes, or obtain a birth certificate, Social Security card, ID, CPR/First Aid, or Food Handlers certification is also available.

Eligibility: Ages 10-24. Youth and young adults from outside the service area will not be turned away.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday by appointment
