Foreclosure intervention services include an educational workshop and one-on-one coaching with a HUD-certified housing coach to help clients determine which course of action they would like to take. Coaches can facilitate applying for a loan modification and negotiating with the lender.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Clients must attend a foreclosure prevention workshop prior to receiving coaching. Call to sign up for the next workshop. Fill out an online intake form and bring it to the foreclosure workshop.
