MEDICAL SERVICES AND NEEDLE EXCHANGE
Provides mobile medical care and needle exchange by hosting Outside In's medical van and syringe exchange program. Includes a full range of health services such as disease management, routine primary care, HIV/STI testing, women's health care, mental health, and transgender care. Also provides assistance with enrollment in Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or other health insurance plans. For the syringe exchange, users get an even exchange for however many syringes they bring in, though no one will be turned away for not having returns.

Eligibility: -Medical van: Ages 13 and older. Low-income individuals and households. Must not be receiving primary care from another provider.
-Needle exchange: Ages 18 and older
Hours: Medical van: Thursday 9am-1pm and 2pm-4pm
Needle exchange: Tuesday-Thursday 1pm-4pm

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: 82nd and Cornwell are the nearest cross streets. Located near the intersection of 82nd and Johnson Creek Boulevard. Turn left on Cornwell, just past the Fred Meyer parking lot and O'Reilly Auto Parts. Served by TriMet Bus Line 72 (82nd Avenue).
