The La Clinica Mobile Health Center is a 40-foot clinic on wheels that provides basic medical, emergency dental, and behavioral health care. Nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and dental staff work on the vehicle, which includes medical exam areas, a full dental suite, an office area, a lab, and a restroom. The medical and dental exam areas can be enclosed to provide privacy for patients. Some vaccinations including flu vaccine, is available.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk-ins only. Patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

FEES: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and most private insurances. Sliding scale fees based on income and family size for patients with no health insurance. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
